We do NOT own, develop, or sell any property; collect any booking amount on behalf of the developer; or guarantee possession, delivery timelines, or property returns.
3. Project Information
All project information is provided by the respective developers. Buyers should independently verify all project details, approvals, and documentation before making any payment.
4. Pricing & Payment Plans
All prices and payment plans are provided by the respective developers and are subject to change. All prices valid till 31 December 2026. We do not charge buyers any commission or hidden fees.
5. Limitation of Liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zameen Dost Group (Private) Limited shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from reliance on information published on this website.
6. Governing Law
These Terms are governed by the laws of Pakistan. Any dispute shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Islamabad.
