No. Zameen Dost Group (Private) Limited (CUIN 0357116) is a SECP-registered marketing company. We market projects on behalf of third-party developers and owners.
Yes. We use encrypted connections, never sell your data, and only use your contact details to respond to your inquiry.
Buying
Yes. We only market CDA or LDA approved housing schemes. We still recommend that buyers independently verify approvals, titles and documentation before paying.
Yes. Our team regularly assists overseas clients with virtual tours, documentation and power-of-attorney processes.
Visits & viewings
Use the contact form, call us or message us on WhatsApp. Free site visits are available 7 days a week.
Payments
No. We do not charge buyers any commission or hidden fees, and prices are valid till 31 December 2026.
All payments are made directly to the developer. Zameen Dost Group never collects booking amounts on behalf of developers.
